Mosquitos need a blood meal in order to procreate. To stop the life cycle, the mosquito bite must be prevented as well as eliminating existing infestations.
Eggs are laid in water. The larvae live in water, growing and shedding their skin until they become pupae. The pupal stage is a resting and feeding stage. Then the mosquito emerges as an adult.
