Active Ingredient(s): IMMUNOREGULIN® is a preparation consisting of 0.4 mg/mL non-viable Propionibacterium acnes suspended in 12.5% ethanol in saline.
Dosage and Administration: Administration: IMMUNOREGULIN® must be administered by the intravenous (IV) route. Shake well to obtain the uniform suspension.
Dosage: Two injections per week for the first two weeks followed by one injection per week until the 12th week; thereafter, once a month until symptoms abate or stabilize.

Contraindication(s): The therapeutic effect of the immunostimulant may be compromised if used with glucocorticoids. Steroid therapy should be withdrawn at least seven days before initiating the immunostimulant therapy.
Precaution(s): Store at room temperature until first used then store at 2-7°C (35-45°F). Do not freeze.
Caution(s): The effects of this product have not been studied in pregnant animals. Do not use when pregnancy is suspected or a suspected cardiac condition exists. There may be a minor rise in temperature, chills, temporary inappetance, or sluggishness a few hours after injection.
Anaphylactic reactions may occur.
