This new shampoo contains the safe and proven insecticide Pyrethrin
For use on cats and kittens over the age of 12 weeks for control of flea and ticks
Safe enough to repeat treatment in 7 days
How to use:
Wet the animals coat for 2 to 3 minutes with warm water apply shampoo on head and ears and lather. Then repeat procedure with neck, chest, and middle and hindquarters, finishing legs last and paying special attention to the footpads between the toes and underbody areas.
Wash the head and ear areas carefully making sure to keep the shampoo out of the animals eyes. You can put some artificial tears ointment in the eyes for added protection.
Pay special attention to the base of the tail, as it is a place frequented by fleas. Fully lather animal and let lather remain on animal for five minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water
For small cats LESS than 15 pounds, wrapping the animal in a towel for several minutes to absorb moisture is advised. This will also allow dying fleas and ticks to crawl off animal onto the towel before drying animal with a towel or blow dryer
Follow all precautions and directions
For use on cats and kittens over the age of 12 weeks for control of flea and ticks
Do not repeat treatment for seven days.
Do not use on kittens under 12 weeks.
Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated aged pregnant or nursing animal.
