Directions for Use:
Mix 1 part Milk Replacement with 2 parts warm water (110-120ºF). Do not use a blender.
Reconstituted formula may be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
Warm reconstituted formula to room or body temperature.
Feed 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of liquid per 4 ounces body weight.
