Our selection of flea and tick medications includes topical drops, sprays, foggers, and insect repellent products for ticks, mosquitoes and flies.

METHODS OF PAYMENT- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card credit or debit cards. Please be advised that your credit or debit card is charged at the time the order is placed online. Also, due to current security standards, the billing address provided on the order must match the billing address of the credit card being used for the order. Our clients are also welcome to pay with money orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain the correct total for your order if you wish to pay with a money order at (800) 366-3047 or e-mail the order to [email protected]. We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer C.O.D. as a payment option.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS - We also offer the following payment options through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E Checks. Please note that it is NOT necessary for you to have an existing PayPal account in order to use PayPal through our website.
Using PayPal is easy! Simply choose the PayPal option from the Payment Method drop-down menu in the Payment Information section of our Checkout page. Once you’ve chosen PayPal, you will be sent directly to the PayPal website, where you can either access your PayPal account information or simply pay for the order.
RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS - All returns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order and returned within 14 days of receipt of order. All returns must be cleared with our Customer Service Department. Items returned for reasons other than our company error will accrue a 20% re-stocking fee, with the amount of the 20% charge subtracted from the credit issued to the client. However, if the client chooses to exchange the returned items(s) for anything on the website, the 20% restock fee will be waived and the appropriate credit or additional charge will occur. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The client pays for all shipping charges that may occur for the new order generated by the exchanged item(s). Returned items must be received by our shipping department in a condition that allows for their resale. The cost of returning items that are not due to company error will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. Returns occuring due to company error will be fully credited plus any cost accrued by the client to return the product to us. This amount will be credited to the clients credit card. The correct product will then be shipped at no further shipping charge to the client. Any cancelled orders will be charged a 5% restock fee on the product ordered. This fee will be deducted from the credit given for the cancellation of the order. The shipping cost to send back any orders refused upon delivery will be covered by the customer and deducted from the refund given once the order is returned to our shipping department.
DAMAGES or SHORTAGES - Any damaged or shorted item discovered in an order shipped from our company must be reported to our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. This policy includes packages not received within the guaranteed time frame paid for by the customer. We will gladly replace the damaged or shorted item or missing order one time. Any refund issued instead of supplying product replacement for damaged or shorted items or missing order will be made solely at the discretion of the company, and any such refund will not include shipping costs accrued by the customer for the order or products in question. Any damaged or shorted items or missing orders reported after 48 hours will not be replaced.
PRICES - Because we represent so many different manufacturers with so many different pricing structures, we tend to experience prices changing literally overnight. Although we do our best to stay current on such changes, all prices on this shopping cart are subject to change without notice. Please be also assured that when manufacturers offer price reductions and specials, we also pass these savings along. These items can be found in the "Current Specials" category and on our home page.
