It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Ready to use, no dilution necessary. Hold tube in upright position pointing away from user's face and body. Break off tip or cut with scissors. Apply OmniTrol™ Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR as follows by gently squeezing the applicator. Apply recommended amount of solution to the skin on the dog's back between the shoulder blades. For large and extra-large dogs, application of the solution to the skin directly in front of the base of the dog's tail is also required.

Q. Can I use OmniTrol and then allow my dog to swim or have my dog bathed?
A. OmniTrol will remain effective after swimming and bathing. However, if you bathe your dog it is advised to avoid an abrasive detergent shampoo. This may cause the natural skin oils to be stripped which could affect the spot-on. For best results, It is recommended
that dogs not be bathed or allowed to swim for 48 hours post treatment.
Q. Can OmniTrol be used on pregnant or lactating bitches?
A. OmniTrol is safe for use on pregnant and lactating bitches. However, in the case of lactating bitches it is recommended that the dog owner consult the veterinary practitioner when treating with any spot-on product. There are reported instances of a nursing bitch rolling over on very young puppies and accidentally smothering their offspring. Since this might be difficult for the
dog-owner to understand, it is recommended that the veterinarian be consulted as any spot-on product might be considered in the death of a puppy by the dog owner.
Q. Can OmniTrol be applied more frequently than once a month?
A. While this is not our recommendation, it can be applied twice per month should a dog-owner elect to do so.
Q. Can I split a dose of OmniTrol between 2 dogs?
A. Since the price per dose of the Orange and Blue version of OmniTrol are the same this would not be necessary. However, if a client were to elect to purchase OmniTrol Red and split the dose between two dogs that weigh between 33 and 66 lbs – although not recommended, this should not create a problem assuming the client pays close attention to the graduation markings on the dose tube when splitting a dose between two dogs.
Q. What should I do if I were to accidentally give a dose of OmniTrol to my cat?
A. Vigorously wash the cat with a strong soap and water and repeat a second time. Each time thoroughly rinse all soap off of the cat. Consult your veterinarian as soon as possible, as Permethrin is not recommended for use on cats and can be very toxic to cats.
