Kao-Pect EZ Dose Suspension

Kaolin is an anti-diarrheal medicine additive for the adsorption of toxins.  This adsorbent action helps relive the irritation, discomfort and crampingassociated with diarrhea.

Does not contain Salicylate, an aspirin derivative, so is completely safe to use in cats and kittens.

Pectin is a soluble dietary fiber naturally present in citrus fruits.

Composition:
Each fluid ounce (2 tablespoons) of Kao-Pect EZ Dose contains:
Kaolin.............................90 gr (5.8 g) Pectin.............................4 gr (0.26 g)in a palatable base. Flavorings and color added.

Directions for use:
Mix Kao-Pect EZ Dose with food, water or feed directly from a teaspoon. There should be a noticeable improvement within 2 to 3 days.

Caution: If symptoms persist for more than 2-3 days, consult your veterinarian.

Storage: Store at controlled room temperature between 50 - 86 F

1 TSP = Approx 75 drops 1 TBSP = Approx 230 drops

Dosage Dogs and Cats
0-5 Lbs -  1 tsp every 4 hrs
6-15 Lbs -  2 tsp every 4 hrs
16-30 Lbs -  1 Tbsp every 4 hrs
Over 30 Lbs -  2 Tbsp every 4 hrs

Dosage Birds

Keets, Canary, Finch - 1-3 drops 
Lory, Cockatiel, Love Bird -  3-8 drops  (0.1-0.3mL)
Amazon, African Grey,
Mynah - 10-20 drops  (0.4-0.99mL)
Macaw, Toucan, Cockatoo - 26-50 drops

Dosage Small Animals and Ferrets 1 teaspoon every 4 hours
