Indications: An equine nutritional supplement which contains lactobacillus for the prevention or correction of vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies in horses.

Effective for horses on a heavy diet of alfalfa hay or legumes.

Active Ingredients: Each lb. contains:
Vitamin A 800,000 U.S.P. units Vitamin E - Int 320 U.S.P. units Vitamin D3 40,000 U.S.P. units Thiamine mononitrate (B1) 800 mg Riboflavin (B2) 800 mg Pyridoxine HCl (B6) 128 mg Vitamin B12 2,400 mcg Niacin 1,200 mg Pantothenic acid 480 mg Calcium 40 g Monosodium phosphate 200 g Iron 2,400 mg Iodine 40 mg Magnesium 320 mg Cobalt 16 mg Copper 400 mg Manganese 2,400 mg Zinc 2,400 mg Selenium 4 mg


Dosage & Administration: For the prevention or correction of vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies in the equine, feed Equi-Vita-Phos at the rate of 2 oz. (approximately 1 scoop) per animal once a day, as necessary.

Foals should receive 2 oz. once a day by direct oral administration for six (6) to eight (8) weeks.

Feed mares 2 oz. once a day while nursing.
