CHLORHEX 4S SCRUB Skin and Wound Cleanser
USE: Chlorhex 4S Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms.
Directions: Wet hands with water. Pour approximately 5 mL of Chlorhex 4S Scrub in palm of hand and add water to make a lather. Scrub vigorously and rinse thoroughly under running water.
INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Alkyl Dimethylamineoxide, Diethanolamine, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Isopropyl Alcohol 99%, Polyoxyethylene-6-Coco Amide, Octylphenoxypolyethoxy-Ethanol, Glycerol, Polyethylene Glycol, Quaternium 33-Ethylhexanidiol, Hydroxyethyl-cellulose, and FDC Red #40.
