METHODS OF PAYMENT - We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card credit or debit cards. Please be advised that your credit or debit card is charged at the time the order is placed online. Also, due to current security standards, the billing address provided on the order must match the billing address of the credit card being used for the order. Our clients are also welcome to pay with money orders. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain the correct total for your order if you wish to pay with a money order at (800) 366 - 3047 or e-mail the order to help@calvetsupply.com. We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer C.O.D. as a payment option.
SHIPPING - We offer very inexpensive shipping in either Parcel Post at a flat rate of $4.50 or Priority Mail. . Depending upon the size of the order, you may not be offered shipping through the Postal Service. We also offer Fed Ex Ground and 2 Day, 3 Day and Overnight Air. These rates can be given to you on the shopping cart after you choose the items you would like to purchase. Fed Ex packages are sent "no signature required" so unless we are advised by the customer not to do this, the customer takes responsibility for the package upon arrival. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after noon Pacific time may not ship the same day. Should you require a quote for shipping on a particular product or order, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 366 - 3047 or e-mail your request to help@calvetsupply.com.
FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping applies to all orders of non perishable products that total over $124.99 that are being shipped to a contiguous United States address. Free shipping is sent via Fed Ex Ground or an alternate carrier of our choice. Free shipping does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations. ALL Free Shipping orders must be sent to a physical address, no Post Office Boxes.
In order to receive Free Shipping your order of non perishable products must total at least $124.99 and you MUST choose the FREE SHIPPING option at checkout.
Vaccine and Perishable Orders: Vaccines and all other perishable items DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping, they must be shipped via Air on ice in an insulated box. If Free Shipping is chosen for a vaccine or Perishable order, the Shipping Option will automatically be changed to '2 Day shipping with ice and an Insulated Box', and you will be charged accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We currently ship outside the U.S. to Canada and England ONLY. All international orders to these countries must be shipped by Fed Ex International Economy only. No vaccines will be shipped outside the United States. You are responsible for any duties and taxes that are due upon delivery of your order. Any international orders placed with vaccines on them or that have not chosen Fed Ex International as the shipping option will be cancelled and the credit card used for the order will be refunded. All other international perishable orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified of these charges via e-mail prior to your order shipping.
SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS - Perishable items on our website are those items that need to be kept cold during shipment, thus requiring they be sent in an insulated freezer bag with sufficient ice packs. Whenever these items are ordered, only the Fed Ex 2 Day Air / Insulated Freezer Bag with Ice Packs or Fed Ex Standard Overnight / Insulated Freezer Bag with Ice Packs options will be offered for shipping. The 2 Day Air cost for this starts at $25.69 and covers up to 6 lbs. The Standard Overnight cost starts at $41.99 and also covers up to 6 lbs. These are guaranteed shipments and as long as the 2 Day Air orders arrive in 2 business days and the Standard Overnight orders arrive within 1 business day, there are no returns, refunds or credits issued for perishable items. Orders over 6 lbs. will cost extra, with the extra charge occurring the at the time the order is shipped.
RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS - All returns must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order and returned within 14 days of receipt of order. All returns must be cleared with our Customer Service Department. Items returned for reasons other than our company error will accrue a 20% re-stocking fee, with the amount of the 20% charge subtracted from the credit issued to the client. Returned items must be received by our shipping department in a condition that allows for their resale. The cost of returning items that are not due to company error will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. Returns occuring due to company error will be fully credited plus any cost accrued by the client to return the product to us. This amount will be credited to the clients credit card. The correct product will then be shipped at no further shipping charge to the client. Any cancelled orders will be charged a 5% restock fee on the product ordered. This fee will be deducted from the credit given for the cancellation of the order.
DAMAGES or SHORTAGES - Any damaged or shorted item discovered in an order shipped from our company must be reported to our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. This policy includes packages not received within the guaranteed time frame paid for by the customer. We will gladly replace the damaged or shorted item or missing order one time. Any refund issued instead of supplying product replacement for damaged or shorted items or missing order will be made solely at the discretion of the company, and any such refund will not include shipping costs accrued by the customer for the order or products in question. Any damaged or shorted items or missing orders reported after 48 hours will not be replaced.
PRICES - Because we represent so many different manufacturers with so many different pricing structures, we tend to experience prices changing literally overnight. Although we do our best to stay current on such changes, all prices on this shopping cart are subject to change without notice. Please be also assured that when manufacturers offer price reductions and specials, we also pass these savings along. These items can be found in the "Current Specials" category and on our home page.
