Ingredients: Maltodextrin NF Powder, 1% ascorbic acid

Indications: This product creates a “natural bandage” over wounds by mixing with exudates, protecting the wound from outside contaminants while at the same time maintaining a moist healing environment for the wound bed. To be used on lacerations, abrasions, cuts, burns and dermal ulcers in all species.

Intracell creates a bilogical barrier that draws fluid from within the wound by hdrophilic action and changes the pressure within the wound. This action breaks down bacteria cell walls and attracts nutrients and natural healing agents to assist in the destruction of the bacteria.

The hydrophilic activity also increases circulation withing the wound and helps trigger the body's natural defense organisms withl bathing the new cell growth with healing nutrients including proteins, glucose and electrolytes.

Intracell has actually been shown to inhibit the growth of Streps, Staphs, E Coli and Pseudomonas and anaerobic bacteria

Treated wounds stabilize, showing growth of highly vascularized granulation tissue within three days of application. In addition, Intracell encourages healing with reducing scarring, helps control "proud flesh" and reduces foul, pungent odors in as little as 2 to 6 hours.

Dosage and administration:
Flush wound with a sterile irrigation solution. Apply powder or gel to cover the entire wound surface. Irrigate and apply daily as needed.
