SHIPPING RATES

We offer low, reasonable shipping rates on USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground. Shipping options offered during checkout will depend upon the collective weight of the items ordered. You will have the option of choosing whichever shipping option you want from a drop down menu upon checking out. Please note that if you are not offered the USPS First Class Mail option, it is simply because your order is too heavy to ship that way. In that case, the next best, least expensive way you will be offered will be either Priority Mail, or Fed Ex Ground. You are also free to choose expedited Fed Ex air shipping if needed.

As with our free ground shipping, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail options do not apply to any orders containing perishable items that must ship by Fed Ex Air.  Fed Ex Air orders will be charged the appropriate rate reflected on the order form when the order is placed.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies to all orders of non perishable products that total over $90.00 for non Cal Vet Club Members and $80.00 for Cal Vet Club Members that are being shipped to a contiguous United States address. Free shipping is sent via Fed Ex Ground or an alternate carrier of our choice. Free shipping does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations. ALL Free Shipping orders must be sent to a physical address, no Post Office Boxes.In order to receive Free Shipping your order of non perishable products must total at least $90.00 for non Cal Vet Club Members and $80.00 for Cal Vet Club Members and you MUST choose the FREE SHIPPING option at checkout.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

We also offer Fed Ex Ground and 2 Day, 3 Day and Overnight Air. These rates can be given to you on the shopping cart after you choose the items you would like to purchase. Fed Ex packages are sent "no signature required" so unless we are advised by the customer not to do this, the customer takes responsibility for the package upon arrival. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only and require a physical address in order to assure proper delivery. Orders placed after noon Pacific time may not ship the same day. VACCINE AND PERISHABLE ORDERS

Vaccines and all other perishable items DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail Shipping, as they must be shipped via Air on ice in an insulated box. If Free Shipping, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail Shipping is chosen for a vaccine or Perishable order, the Shipping Option will automatically be changed to 2 Day shipping with ice and an Insulated Packaging, and you will be charged accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We regret that we can no longer ship to addresses outside the U.S. due to customs restrictions. If you have someone in the U.S. that we can ship to, we will gladly ship your order to them and they can in turn forward your order to you. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS

Perishable items on our website are those items that need to be kept cold during shipment, thus requiring they be sent in an insulated freezer bag with sufficient ice packs. Whenever these items are ordered, only the Fed Ex 2 Day Air / Perishable Package or Fed Ex Standard Overnight / Perishable Package options will be offered for shipping. Both of these shipping options cover up to 6 lbs. These are guaranteed shipments - if Fed Ex air shipments do not arrive within the guaranteed respectable time frames, due solely through the fault of Fed Ex, we will gladly refund or reship the order. Otherwise, as long as the 2 Day Air orders arrive in 2 business days and the Standard Overnight orders arrive within 1 business day, there are no returns, refunds or credits issued for perishable items. Also, by Federal mandated laws, vaccines cannot be returned for any reason. Orders over 6 lbs. will cost extra, with the extra charge occurring the at the time the order is shipped.

CHECKING SHIPPING COSTS

You can determine the cost of shipping on any order by choosing the products you want to purchase, going to the shopping cart, go to the "calculate shipping costs" line, click on "show details" and supplying your zip code where requested. You can then choose the shipping options offered for that order from the drop down menu, click on "calculate shipping" and be shown the shipping amounts for each option you choose
