We make ordering your prescription items easy at Cal Vet Supply....

 

If you have a prescription on hand :

Please have your prescription handy.  Upon checkout, click the button that indicates that you are mailing a prescription to Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy.  Then, provide basic information from your prescription that you will be asked for during your online checkout – this information is important so that the pharmacy may contact your veterinarian, if necessary.

Due to pharmacy law requirements, you must then mail your prescription directly to the pharmacy:

If you do NOT have a prescription on hand:

Upon checkout, please click the button that indicates that you do not have a prescription and that Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy will have to contact your veterinarian.  Then, provide basic information that you will be asked for during your online checkout. 

Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy will use the information you provide about your veterinarian during checkout in order to contact your veterinarian for prescription authorization. 

Your veterinarian will then be faxed a Prescription Authorization Form.  Again, due to pharmacy law requirements,  that Prescription Authorization Form will need to be filled out completely and faxed back to Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy before your order can be processed and shipped.

Should there be any problems with your order, Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy will contact you. Otherwise, you will be e-mailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of mailed prescriptions.  Orders requiring prescription authorization may take longer, depending upon the time it takes to receive the Prescription Authorization Form from your veterinarian.

Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy will also contact you in a timely matter regarding refills, if any, that are allowed with your prescription. This refill service is free of charge as a courtesy for our customers !

 

 

**** PLEASE NOTE ****

It is in your best interest to either have a valid prescription or be certain that your veterinarian will authorize a prescription BEFORE you place your online order. There are two reasons for this:

1. Your credit card will be charged at the time your online order is placed.

2. If Elite Fulfillment Pharmacy is unable to fill your order solely because they cannot acquire a valid prescription, your order will be cancelled and a 10% cancellation charge will be applied to the order total.

Due to Federal regulations, there are no refunds or returns allowed on prescription items.
