Horse Supply for pest control

Keeping your loving animal comfortable while it is pasturing is important to you. That is why you want a product that kills and repels ticks, eye gnats, and house and horn flies. You also want to help control mosquitoes as well as deer and black flies that would bother them. We have products that can help you in this endeavor. In fact, we even have ones that are very convenient to use as they have spot application. You apply the product using the convenient tube that allows you to put it in the recommended places like the top of the head behind the ears, base of the main, forehead under forelock, and the backs of each foreleg and hind leg (more explicit directions on product pages). Remember, however, that there are certain restrictions on usage like not allowing it to come into contact with the horse's eyes or mucous membranes. Also, follow discarding directions like wrapping the tube before putting it in the trash. Re-application information involves not applying again for two weeks. The active ingredient in products like this can be permethrin, and it can be hazardous to domestic animals and humans so you need to read carefully.

Brief Horse History

Equestrian recreations date back to ancient times. In fact, the Iliad contains an account of chariot racing at the time of the Trojan War, which was fought in the early 12th or late 13th century BC. Around the 5th century to the 15th century AD, horses played a pivotal role in exploring new lands and thereby expanding trade. They were also vital in the development of agriculture as we know it because it was the power that enabled humans to farm greater areas of land; in fact, still today we measure things in horsepower.
